赵奇，1954年生于辽宁锦县。现为中国国家画院国画专业委员会研究员。系中国美术家协会理事、教授。曾任教于鲁迅美术学院国画系。1978年毕业于鲁迅美术学院。
Zhao Qi was born in 1954 in Jinxian County, Liaoning Province. He is a research fellow at the Traditional Chinese Painting Institute of China National Academy of Painting. He is the director of China Artists Association where he also teaches. He taught at the Department of Chinese Painting of Luxun Academy of Fine Arts. He graduated from the academy in 1978.
